XIAOMI PLANS TO RECRUIT 5000 ENGINEERS AT MIDC ANNOUNCED

In Beijing, China, two weeks ago, Xiaomi, the apple of China officially announced its own conference called Mi Developer Conference (MIDC 2020). At this event, Xiaomi plans to recruit 5000 engineers at MIDC 2020. “Technology for life” was the theme of the MIDC 2020. Moreover, Xiaomi showcased major discoveries in the fields of camera, display, smart manufacturing, AIoT, and many more.

Based on Xiaomi’s rapid pace of expanding, not only in Asia but also in Latin America, they are considering to invest in R&D and talent recruitment. This is to ensure that their manpower can cope up with technologies fast-pace competition. A staggering 10 billion RMB will be allocated on its R&D and recruitment plan. And thus this bold move made Xiaomi into the top 20 companies in China to invest in R&D.

“We believe people are at the foundation of any innovation. When strengthening our technological competence, we should always start with finding the best people. Currently, Xiaomi has over 10,000 talented members in its engineering team. And we are planning to recruit 5,000 more in 2021 despite the global pandemic, ” said Lei Jun, Chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi. “My wish for the next decade is to build Xiaomi into the dream company of every engineer. We will reinforce our strategy of talent cultivation and team composition.”

Above all, Xiaomi plans to recruit 5000 engineers will really give Xiaomi a large pool to take a look unto for its future technologies.

POCO M3 will launch on November 24, 2020

Just last month, October, POCO gave some leaks that they will release a smartphone before the calendar year ends. And now, we are happy to inform you that POCO M3 will launch on November 24, 2020 according to POCO. They have confirmed this via tweet on their Twitter account.

To recall, its predecessor, POCO M2 was a rebranded of Redmi 9. Meanwhile, its POCO M2 Pro is almost a clone of Redmi Note 9S AKA Redmi Note 9 Pro in India.

The most exciting part of this event is almost all tech bloggers and vloggers doesn’t have an idea as of yet on what kind of phone is POCO M3. Will it be a 5G-ready smartphone?

Also, will be it be a rebranded again? Will it have the same vibes as POCO X3? Well, these questions will be answered on its product launch on November 24, 2020.

And above all, we expect that this POCO M3 will be an entry-level smartphone due to POCO’s sequence on its smartphones. F is for a flagship phone. On the other hand, X is for mid-range phone. And lastly, M is for entry-level smartphone.
