Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro have a Luna Silver color variant

Somewhere in Germany – September 25, 2022 – It seems that leaks and tips won’t stop for the upcoming Xiaomi 12T Series. Ahead of its upcoming launch, Roland Quandt has now revealed some detailed pictures of the Xiaomi 12T Series in Lunar Silver. This is one of the new color options that will set the future Xiaomi T Series phones apart from the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12S models. The fresh leak comes on the heels of last week’s precise specs and photos of the Xiaomi 12T Series in black and blue.

The two phones are expected to sport 6.67-inch AMOLED panels with a resolution of 1,220 x 2,712pixels. The displays have a refresh rate of 120Hz refresh rate and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The pro version has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, while the standard model has MediaTek’s Dimensity 8100 Ultra. The phones have 5,000mAh batteries and 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge.

Also, the pro version’s major feature is the confirmed 200MP Samsung HP1 camera sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The base version, Xiaomi 12T, like the Xiaomi 11T, has 108MP primary shooter. Both devices will share the same camera specs: 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro. Then, 20MP front-facing camera.

The 12T Pro’s major feature is its 200MP Samsung HP1 sensor (1/1.22″) with an f/1.69 aperture and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The regular Xiaomi 12T will have a 108MP primary camera. Both devices will share the remaining 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 20MP selfie modules.

Beijing, CHINA – September 25, 2022 – Xiaomi has officially teased the Xiaomi CIVI 2 recently. It confirmed that the phone would feature dual selfie cameras, the first Xiaomi smartphone to have a dual selfie camera. Remember, the company filed a patent for a dual selfie camera in 2019, and now they are putting it into reality. And just today, the company affirmed a 4,500mAh battery juice has housed inside the device with 67W quick charging capability.

As we all know, the CIVI iteration focuses on female users. This is why it came as no surprise that they had just partnered with Hello, Kitty. Yes, the CIVI 2 will come with a Hello, Kitty Edition in the China Mainland market.

In addition, the Weibo post states “Slim and light body” which we can expect a sizing that will suit the palm of a woman.

The Xiaomi CIVI 2 will also include a 50MP triple main camera shooter on the back, with an island design similar to the Xiaomi 12 Series. The main and ultra-wide-angle cameras can be seen behind the large circle, while the smaller one adjacent to the twin LED flash is most likely a 2MP sensor.

The front panel’s details are limited, but we can see the power key protruding in a way that does not allow for the fingerprint scanner. This implies that the front panel is an OLED with the scanner underneath. It will also most likely equal to the CIVI 1S’s 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution (1080px).

In India – September 19, 2022 – Xiaomi is likely to introduce a pair of Xiaomi 12T smartphones this week, and there is some speculation that a new tablet, Redmi Pad, may be included. According to the most recent rumors, the Redmi Pad will be released in October instead. And somehow Xiaomi accidentally posts an image of the Redmi Pad tablet – variants have been leaked.

Mint Green, will be one of three colorways available, with the others being Graphite Grey and Moonlight Silver. According to Pricebaba sources, the slate will have two memory configurations: 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM, with the anticipated 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM option being rolled out.

In any case, this is certainly not a high-end tablet, but rather a less expensive option. It will apparently be powered by a MediaTek MT8781 chip, a mid-range component with two Cortex-A76 (2.2GHz) cores and six Cortex-A55 (2.0GHz) cores, as well as a Mali-G57 MC2. This sounds like a MediaTek Helio G99 version, which is already present in the POCO M5.

This price may be for the Wi-Fi-only variant, as recent leaks have suggested that the LTE devices will cost between €250 and €350 in Europe.

In Germany – September 20, 2022 – The upcoming Xiaomi 12T Series is near its announcement. As we remember in August, a news blog in France mentioned that the arrival is sometime in September. And now, the Xiaomi 12T Pro and 12T specs and prices have leaked: The pro version has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 while the vanilla version has the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra.

While the chips are different, the batteries in both phones have 5,000mAh battery capacity and 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge charging capability.

On their screen, both phones sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1,220 x 2,712pixels resolution. This type of resolution has been labeled as “1.5k”, it’s between FHD+ and QHD+. Both screens will have a 120Hz refresh rate and above-average screen protection–Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

While these two are in the range of premium phones, the company has to cut the cost to put these unbelievable specs at a cheaper price. The result? Both phones were built with the plastic frame instead of aluminum or metal frame.

On the back, it’s been 2 months since the continuous tips and leaks that the Xiaomi 12T Pro has 200MP while the base version is sure to have 108MP to retain the prowess its predecessor has.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro is rumored to cost €850/PHP 48,852.79 in Europe. And the Xiaomi 12T is rumored to price at €650/PHP 37,358.02. Remember, these prices are expected to be tagged in the EU market. We expect a much cheaper price in Southeast Asia.

The Xiaomi 12T is expected to go official next week and the Pro will go into a 200MP war against the Moto Edge 30 Ultra (which sells for €900).
