FlyDiGi, another great company supported by Xiaomi has recently launched one awesome game control device which I have never seen before, its called the FlyDiGi Stinger Game Trigger. It looks like an airplane joystick with a rocket fire button at the rear, looks pretty unique and cool to me. Now, you may wonder how does this thing works in a smartphone which most of the buttons and navigation are integrated on screen. Well that was actually my question at first, but I got to figure out how this gadget works and here I am, guiding you thru the usage of this awesome trigger stick to get you more kills in PUBG. Lets walk thru shall we?
This game trigger has the ability to either send a single touch response or multitouch response to the game (turbo fire/rapid fire). In a game like using guns, its definitely useful when you are using a AK47 with rapid fire than using it on single touch to take your enemy down. You can switch the button response to single or multi at the back and the multitouch will respond up to 8x, meaning it can fire 8 times in a single touch. But in a game of basketball like the NBA 2k19, you wont want to do the rappid fire as you can only release the ball once you get off the ground.
This yellow button has the touch response of a left mouse buton click, the logic controller is acted to respond like that, making you immerse into the game as you ease yourself with the controls dictated by the game. The technology is called the short key high sensitivity feedback using the micro motion of a left mouse click.
Should your game require a lot of motion like the NBA 2k19, you can opt to have the left controls use a joy pad (like the one from the picture also made by FlyDiGi) and the right one using the stinger.
The technology is that when you press the yellow button at the back, it sends a touch signal to the front bracket which is hanged on top of the phone screen. All you need to do is to reconfigure the settings to make it fit the stinger.
It has a snug fit to almost every phone, even iPhones, but the only limitations are big phablets like the Mi MAX and the Honor Note series.
There is a difference between the left and the right handle, making it ergonomically smooth just for your gameplay. Of course both are sold separately.
I find it easy to use when I played PUBG, being able to get a good grip at the phone to better kill the enemies as compared to no stinger. The grip factor is important especially you have a little bigger phone but not as big as the MAX.
Its so portable that you can carry it around inside your pocket and guess what, it can last up to 80 hours of game play!!!
