Did you know what’s the next BIG news from Xiaomi in near future? I’m excited to say that MIUI 11 ROM is in it’s final stages of development and I couldn’t wait to know more details about this ROM. While we do not yet know the features of MIUI 11, there have been some revelations made by Xiaomi in this regard. Below are the features and changes we know till now about the upcoming version of MIUI ROM.
- Lei Jun has said that Xiaomi will cut down on ads on and also remove the ads that pop up every now and then so that the user experience could be enhanced.
- Xiaomi has also revealed that the new MIUI 11 ROM will be packed with a new monochrome low power mode which may be called as a Super Power Saving Mode. This mode will shut down all the system functions except calls and messages and turn the UI to a monochrome to save more battery.
- MIUI 11 would also be having a newly icons with overall unified design. And the new MIUI ROM will also support the automatic screenshot management which will delete the screenshots automatically after they are shared.
- MIUI team has also revealed that MIUI will support voice call support in QQ app ( hope this feature will also be introduced in other messaging apps) and a local recycle bin which can store the deleted files from the phone fore upto few days before the system deletes them permanently.
If these features are to be included the new version of MIUI, then we are going to see a completely optimized version of MIUI ROM which would increase the overall performance of our smartphones.
