The Capital City of Beijing, China – June 17, 2021 – MIUI Xiaofan, the Xiaomi product director MIUI-experienced general manager, reported that Xiaomi creates Pioneer Team to improve MIUI experience.
He said, “Hello everyone, let me report to you: We formally established the “MIUI Pioneer Group” more than a week ago to focus on solving all kinds of experience problems that everyone feedbacks, and do a good job in the chief customer service team.”
“In the middle is me @MIUI小凡, responsible for Xiaomi’s overall software experience and MIUI. From right to left, the other students are; @大李同学, responsible for promoting internal resolution of user complaints and announcements; @张国全小米is responsible for mobile phone system software development, solve hardware optimization, operating system, and network-related issues; @乔忠良小米, responsible for software development, solve everyone’s software problems; Zhou Zhibin @老了不胖, responsible for quality and testing.”
“Our work progress will be posted in the Xiaomi Community in the form of a report next. Please monitor it! Work faster!” He added.
Based on his post, it is certain that this team is based in China, and its main task is to glean user information, reports, and feedbacks regarding MIUI. In this way, MIUI developers can funnel the data, and they can make a better picture of issues from the OS. This will speed up the process of fixing bugs and most of all, polishing the user experience.
According to sources, although this team is grouped in China, it still will be working on the global version of MIUI. So, expect a better experience in the following months once they make their move.
