Beijing, CHINA – Earlier today, Xiaomi exposes Xiaomi Cive and its 32MP selfie camera with autofocus. The company also confirms that the device will be officially introduced on September 27, 2021.
Based on our knowledge of Xiaomi phones over the decade, this would be the first-ever Xiaomi phone that incorporates a high-megapixel camera to autofocus feature.
In relation to this, the well-known tipster on Weibo, Digital Chat Station, shared several product images of the Xiaomi Civi. He also shared its build specs from how it weighs, 166 grams, to how think it is, 6.98mm. He also added that the phone’s selfie camera will output really good photos thanks to the 32MP AF setup.
Sources also say that the device will come with a Snapdragon 778G 5G – paired with Adreno 642L. At the back, 64MP main shooter, 8MP (ultrawide), and 5MP (telephoto macro), while its battery capacity and charging prowess are 4,500mAh and 55W fast charging. If this is true, then it will be the first-ever Xiaomi phone to feature a 55W fast charging. No confirmation yet on how long it will take for the phone to be fully charged. In front, it sports a 1080 x 2400 AMOLED display. Even this is not confirmed yet, it’s almost possible that the OS will be Android 11 skinned with MIUI 12.5.
