The Capital City Beijing, China – August 27, 2021 – Xiaomi is still in the process of rolling out its MIUI 12.5 to eligible smartphones. Then, earlier this week, the MIUI Team announced the rollout of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition, which is expected since the new skinned OS was announced on August 13 in China. Not widely known to the public, MIUI Team rolled out the MIUI 13 close beta to some eligible devices – most are flagship devices.
While MIUI 12.5 and the enhanced edition focus more on optimization and a bit of new user interface, the MIUI 13 focuses on new animations, icons, and themes, a new always-on display, app pinning on the share screen, advanced privacy options, and easier notifications management. It’s a matter of fact, Xiaomi adds a new feature called Media Control to MIUI 13.
There is no need for a tedious pairing process according to Xiaomi. The music on your phone can be put into the speaker of your friend or vice versa under the same WiFi.
You can also connect to the same WiFi, by pulling down the control center, click on the Xiaomi Magic Broadcast button, and select the audio device. The phone can also adjust the audio volume. Connect with each other is as simple as that.
