In China – The day after its official release, Xiaomi 12S Ultra gets dismantled. The video depicts an exciting part of how the 1-inch camera fitted at the back of the phone. It clearly demonstrates how much larger the main camera module is – compared to a module constructed around an ISOCELL GNV.
We all should be aware that these optical formats can be quite deceptive. For instance, a sensor that appears to have a one-inch diagonal might not always actually have one.
Thanks to WekiHome, we were able to get a better picture of how the monstrous Xiaomi 12S Ultra was built into perfection. It’s quite art-like how they manage to put all these high-end pieces into a masterpiece.
The 48MP ultra-wide camera, a 5x periscope sensor, and the main camera module make up the small configuration. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 motherboard takes up the remaining structure to make room for all the components in the device; two PCBs were stacked and a 4,860mAh battery from the Xiaomi 12S Ultra was also included.
